The Department of Arts and Culture reported on its 2nd Quarter 2011 performance and provided information on the virements and shifts per programme explaining how funds had been transferred from various projects and budgets to others.

The Department further provided a detailed explanation of the budget and expenditure per economic classification. An explanation of the expenditure trend was also provided. The report is now available for download on the Parliamentary Monitoring Group website.
