Freedom to Create, a Foundation established by the Singapore based investment group “Orient Global”, accepts on a permanent basis applications to support arts projects in developing countries. All arts and culture domains are covered and the financial support can go from 30.000 up to 100.000 US$. ArtAction only funds organisations which are registered charities. They do not award grants to individuals or for-profit organisations.
