MusikMag is a magazine of modern and historical times; it’s progressive, futuristic and embraces South Africa’s multiculturalism and multiracialism thereby contributing to the promotion of social cohesion.

The overall mission of MusigMag is to be an exhibition platform for South African and continental music and arts.

The magazine gets through to its readers via subscription but is also available at independent stores such as Xarra Books in Newtown, Plum CD’s at the Mall in Rosebank, High Fidelity in Killarney Mall and is also sold at the monthly Oude Meester Ekurhuleni Comes Alive Jazz Evening at Birchwood Hotel in Boksburg.

Fresh on the site are forthcoming music and theatre shows, visual arts exhibitions and some local films.  There are also several announcements including those of bursaries and calls for submissions.
